Many thanks to all of our loyal Sashas Blend Supporters. This year's 'Inform a friend' Competition recieved an incredible amount of entries.  We are delighted to have been able to kick start the year for Marie Lehikoinen and Kim Colling by providing them both with a cheque for $2000 as winners of the competiton.

Below is a response from Apollo, a long time user of Sashas Blend, who had to reply on behalf of his owner's Kim & Shane as they were lost for words upon winning the 'Inform a friend' competition:

Hi Everyone. My name is Apollo and I am a 6 year old Golden Retriever. As you can see from my photos I am quite handsome, if I say so myself (Recently shaved by my best friend and my personal human, Shane).

I sometimes get heat sores in summer and shaving me keeps me cool and the heat sores at bay. I unfortunately over did my exercise one day and injured my knee, and then I completely snapped my cruciate ligament. It hurt so much I cried like a human. What a string of bad luck. Just when I thought things could not get worse, the vet human told me I had arthritis in my knees, which explains my stiff joints.

Fortunately my  human was told by a friend about Sashas blend and this has helped change my luck. I am now able to run around a lot easier and in much less pain so I can now do what I do best - chase the chooks around the yard (one of these days I will get one - not sure what I will do with it though because my human seems to like them!) On my experience, I would recommend this Sashas blend stuff to all other dogs (and it makes those boring dog biscuits taste so much better). Thanks to Sashas blend's “inform a friend competition", my humans have been able to buy a brand new bed and gorgeous linen (mind you - I don't get to go on it which I think is so unfair). Well that’s my story in a nutshell - time to go and chase the chooks. See ya!
