Competition Name: Sashas™ Inform a Friend Competition
Competition Dates: Entries open at 9:00am (AEST) 15th August, 2008 and close at 5:00pm (AEST) 06th February, 2009.
How to Enter: Entrants can enter the competition by visiting www.sashasblend.com.au and clicking on the Sashas™ Inform a Friend button to access competition page, complete the entry form and press submit. The entry must also include the entrant’s name, address, state, postcode, e-mail address, daytime contact telephone number (including STD area code) and the details of 3 friends including name and email address. Online entries are only valid once the entrant has activated the verification feature via e-mail. Alternatively forms can be faxed to Interpath Pty Ltd on +61 3 5336 4309.
Entry Requirements: a) All personal details and questions on the entry form must be completed
b) Entry is open to existing users of Sashas Blend™ in Australia
c) Entrants must be over 18 years old
d) People may enter the competition more than once

Draw: The winner will be drawn at the Interpath Pty Ltd office no later than 5.00pm 20th February, 2009. You do not have to be present to win.
Notification: The winner will be notified by e-mail and telephone. The name of the winner will be published on www.sashasblend.com.au & via an electronic newsletter sent to all entrants.
No correspondence: Interpath Pty Ltd’s decision regarding the draw and the conduct of the competition will be final and cannot be contested. No correspondence will be entered into.
Breach: Any breach of the terms and conditions will disqualify an entry unless the breach is, in Interpath Pty Ltd’s opinion, immaterial or minor.
Staff Not Eligible: Staff (including contractors) of Interpath Pty Ltd are not eligible to enter this competition.

Rule Changes: Interpath Pty Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend the competition terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Sashas™ website at http://www.sashasblend.com.au/cb_pages/friend_term_cond.php
Prize: There will be two winners of the competition. A major prize of AUD$2,000.00 will be awarded (via random selection) to the existing consumer who has invited a friend or family member to buy a tub of Sashas Blend™ 250g Powder and/or Sashas Blend™ 200x250mg Capsules and qualify their entry. A second prize of AUD$2000.00 will be awarded (via random selection) to a friend or family member who has made a purchase and validated an existing users entry. The same person cannot win both prizes.
Substitute Prize: If the quoted prizes are unavailable for any reason, Interpath Pty Ltd reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equal value
Unclaimed Prizes: Any unclaimed prizes remain the property of Interpath Pty Ltd and/or the prize donor/supplier.
Acceptance: By entering in this competition, participants warrant that you have read and understood the Terms & Conditions and Standard Terms & Conditions and agree to all terms and conditions contained in those documents.
No Liability: a) The winner shall accept all risks associated with the acceptance and use of the prize and Interpath Pty Ltd shall not be in any way liable for any loss and/or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Interpath Pty Ltd in its absolute discretion.
b) Any queries or complaints regarding the use or operation of the prize should be directed to the prize donor/supplier or manufacturer.
c) Interpath Pty Ltd is not responsible for any extra documentation and/or extra costs involved in claiming the prizes d) Interpath Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if they determine, in their absolute discretion, that the winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
e) Entry details remain the property of Interpath Pty Ltd. Interpath Pty Ltd is collecting the entrant's personal information (such as the entrant's daytime contact telephone number including STD area code) details for the purpose of conducting the Competition. Interpath Pty Ltd may disclose the entrant's personal information to a sponsor/supplier manufacturer of the competition for this purpose. f) Subject to State Regulation, in the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders Interpath’s ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, Interpath may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions.
